خلفيات الصلاة علي النبي:

يوضح لنا النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم فضل الصلاة عليه يوم الجمعة، لأن به ساعة استجابة الدعاء، وأنه تعرض عليه هذه الصلوات لذا علي المسلم أن يكثر من الصلاة علي الحبيب، اتفق العلماء وأهل السنه علي استحباب الصلاة والسلام على رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم.

_ قول القرطبي: لا خلاف في وجوبها مره واحدة في العمر، وأنها واجبة في كل حين وجوب السنن المؤكدة.

_ الشافعية وبعض المالكية: أنها واجبة في الصلاة في التشهد الأخير.

_ الطحاوي: أنها واجبة عند سماع ذكر النبي من غيره أو ذكره بنفسه.

_ قول ابن عطية: الصلاة علي النبي صلي الله عليه وسلم في كل حال واجبة وجوب السنن المؤكدة التي لا يسع تركها ولا يغفلها إلا من لا خير فيه.
